I started seeing Julie for Active Isolated Stretching on
my lower body. I had recently started training for my first marathon,
and my body was not used to the abuse it receives from long distance
running on pavement. I bought specialized running shoes, high arch supports,
and even resorted to taking ice baths. It wasnt until the first
few appointments with Julie that I felt noticeable improvement after
long runs. I now have no pain in my legs or ankles after running 15+
miles a day, and my flexibility has greatly improved as well!
I felt as though doing my own stretches after workouts
